Executive Product Leadership for Series A–B SaaS

I build monetization and product systems that turn growth into durable, capital-efficient revenue.

Most companies don't need more features.
They need pricing clarity, roadmap discipline, and a growth operating system.

After You Raise,
Growth Gets More Complex

Capital increases. Expectations rise. Execution pressure intensifies.

Common signals I see:

ARPU remains flat despite customer growth
Pricing evolved — it wasn't intentionally designed
Expansion revenue underperforms potential
Roadmaps lack ROI prioritization
Burn increases faster than margin
Experiments occur without structural discipline

This isn't a demand problem. It's an operating architecture problem.

The Revenue & Product
Scale Architecture

I partner with founders during critical scale phases to install systems that convert product into capital-efficient revenue.

Revenue Acceleration Diagnostic

4–6 Weeks

Clarity before change.

  • Cohort and funnel performance analysis
  • ARPU and expansion modeling
  • Pricing and packaging audit
  • Identification of highest-leverage growth drivers
  • 90-day execution roadmap

Designed to surface revenue lift opportunities already inside the business.

Monetization & Pricing Architecture

4–6 Weeks

Engineer value capture with discipline.

  • Segmentation and willingness-to-pay mapping
  • Tier and packaging redesign
  • Expansion and usage-based strategy
  • Revenue and margin impact modeling

Most scale-stage SaaS companies under-monetize their strongest customers.

Product-Led Growth System Installation

3-month engagement

Install repeatable experimentation.

  • North-star metric alignment
  • Activation and expansion optimization
  • Structured experimentation cadence
  • Product + GTM operating model
  • Growth OKRs tied to capital efficiency

Growth becomes engineered — not reactive.

Embedded Executive Product Leadership

2-6+ months

Transition from founder-driven product to scalable executive systems.

  • Product organization design
  • Roadmap ROI prioritization
  • Capital allocation discipline
  • Executive alignment
  • Board-ready reporting clarity

Scale requires structural leadership.

Experience & Approach

Executive Product Leadership Focused on Revenue Discipline

I operate at the intersection of product strategy, monetization, and execution clarity. My focus is building systems that align growth, pricing, and capital efficiency.

Experience Highlights

15+ years of product leadership across technology-driven businesses
Led cross-functional product teams through growth and scale transitions
Designed pricing and packaging strategies aligned to revenue outcomes
Strong analytical foundation — cohort modeling, LTV/CAC analysis, funnel optimization
Built roadmap prioritization frameworks tied to measurable business impact
Partnered directly with founders and executive teams during post-raise inflection points

I've partnered with founder-led, venture-backed SaaS teams navigating post-raise scale. I care about velocity, clarity, and measurable impact.

Why Monetization First

Pricing is often the highest-leverage growth decision founders underinvest in.

Acquisition is expensive.
Retention takes time.
Monetization moves immediately.

A 5–15% ARPU improvement can materially increase annual revenue — without adding new customers. That leverage deserves disciplined attention.

How Engagement Typically Begins

Most companies start with a focused diagnostic or monetization engagement.

From there, we may:

Execute a pricing architecture redesign
Install a growth operating system
Transition into embedded executive product leadership

The objective is not advisory insight. It is durable structural improvement.

Who I Am

I began my career in consulting at Accenture, helping federal agencies optimize complex supply chains and operational systems. That foundation in structured problem-solving and systems thinking led me to early-stage startups, where I found my calling in product leadership. Product appealed to me because it sits at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, unit economics, UX, technical architecture, customer behavior, and team leadership. Few roles require both strategic judgment and hands-on execution across the full revenue engine.

Since then, I’ve focused on helping SaaS companies turn growth into durable, capital-efficient revenue. I’ve led product initiatives across SaaS, TravelTech, EdTech, Wellness Tech, and AI-driven platforms — including driving a 2x increase in conversion through structured PLG optimization on a platform processing over $2B in annual transaction volume. I also founded a health and wellness social learning community, sharpening my perspective in founder-led environments. Whether redesigning pricing architecture or installing growth systems, my focus is consistent: build exceptional products, introduce clarity where there’s chaos, and create revenue leverage that compounds over time — all with a calm, builder mindset under pressure.
